Refund Policy

  These items are cooked to order for a catering event. Cooked fresh the day of service and kept warm for best taste. Consuming raw or undercooked meats may increase the risk of foodborne illness. Therefor, professional chafing dishes are utilized or replaced by full size grade A aluminum steam table pans for best safety practice and CDC Guidelines (COVID 19). Refund Policy: If for any reason you should cancel your event, you are responsible to let us know at least 2 weeks before the event date for an 85% guaranteed refund. Any date later than 2 weeks unfortunately there will be no monetary refund available, however, most products purchased for your event will be returned to you. If your event is canceled 1 month previously or more, you will receive a 100% guaranteed refund. All refunds will be refunded in which they were received up to 2 weeks after the cancellation date. Please note short to immediate reservations (2 WEEKS OR LESS) do not apply to our refund policy and do not receive refunds in any form.

Privacy Policy

Any personal or business information obtained through any communication between you and Tasty Meals and snacks by Dee will remain confidential and will not be sold, used, or distributed for any reason. If you have any further questions about our privacy statement, please contact us.

Fulfillment of Services

      Thank you for choosing Tasty Meals and Snacks by Dee! There is a 50% deposit due by the noted quote date, or as soon as possible to hold your date if you decide to move forward with Tasty Meals. Once a deposit is made, you will receive a confirmed service date with a confirmed menu and an official invoice. If no deposit is made there will not be a confirmed menu, invoice or service date. Once confirmed an invoice will be converted from this quote, and you will receive multiple updated invoices as changes, payments etc.... are made. If you would like to modify and make changes to your menu once the quote is viewed, let us know, so the changes can be made before we convert this document. Payment methods are Credit/Debit card payments (website), Chime (313)318-8589, *Written Checks/Money Orders, Cashier's Checks (for large events only *100 people or more) *. You can make payments payable to Tasty Meals and Snacks by Dee or Danielle Watts. The final 50% payment is due on or before the date of service; however, if final payments are made on the date of your event or within five days of your event the only payment options are Cash., Zelle, or noted otherwise in service contract.
